Pints ‘N’ Paints is the perfect venue for private parties of all types including birthday parties, girls’ nights out, bachelorette parties, team building events, girls’ nights out, bridal/baby showers, church groups, holiday parties, club meetings and more! We can accommodate groups up to 20 people in our Perrysburg studio. We will provide all supplies and instruction to allow your guests to leave the party with a finished work of art. We
also will supply all set-up and clean-up for the party
How do I schedule a private party?
- Choose a date and time: We are happy to work with you on scheduling a time that works best for your group. Most classes last 2-3 hours, depending on the design chosen. We do require one hour before and after each party for set-up and clean-up time.
- Choose your painting: For your private party, you can select any of our designs. Check out our full online gallery at www.pintsnpaints.com and click “Design Gallery” under the “Gallery” heading at the top of the page. Custom designs may be available to coordinate with your event. If you are interested in a custom design, please contact us in advance at 419-931-0083 or info@pintsnpaints.com.
- Place your deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of 2 participants is required to hold your date and time. Call us at 419-931-0083 to pay your deposit with a credit card over the phone. If you prefer to pay in person or via an online invoice, contact us and we can set that up as well.
- Register your guests: We will provide you with a link on our calendar for your event. If your guests will be registering and paying separately, they can do so right from the website. If you will be paying for all of your guests as a group, we ask that payment is made in full at least 48 hours
before the class. Any registrations added between the full payment is made and the start time of the class will be due at the time of the class.
Minimum Requirements
As the host of your party, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the minimum number of guests attending your party (8). We suggest having your guests register online in advance or collecting the appropriate payments from your group in advance. You will be responsible for the payment if the attendance does not meet the minimum.
Time Allotments
Private parties can booked for either a 2-hour painting at $35 per person or a 3-hour painting at $45 per person. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please have your guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class for check-in and a little time to socialize. There is also a 30 minute grace period at the end of the class. If you would like additional time for opening gifts, meetings, socializing, etc., extra time can be booked at a rate of $40 per hour, which will need to be scheduled in advance of the party.
Reservation Deposit
The host/hostess of the party can reserve their private party date with a non-refundable payment equivalent to 2 participants ($70 for a 2-hr. painting, $90 for a 3-hr. painting). The deposit will be applied to 2 seats at the party chosen by the host or hostess.
Cancellation Policy
Depsite the best intentions, we understand that unforeseen events can arise. We require a 7-day notice for private party cancellations or 48-hour notice to reschedule a planned party. If you fail to give us the required notice from your scheduled date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $200. Your deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee. There are no refunds for the deposit. You will be notified before the charge is applied.
Damages
The host/hostess assumes full responsibility for any damages to the location, equipment, patrons or personnel due to negligence, including such caused by any vendor contracted by the host/hostess on the premises (catering, etc.)
Alcohol & Food
Guests are permitted to bring their own food and beverages (including beer and wine) in accordance with Ohio State Liquor Laws. Pints ‘N’ Paints may terminate alcohol consumption at our discretion. Alcohol consumption is only allowed within our premises. The host/hostess assumes all liability for the service of alcohol. No open containers will leave the premises. Guests consuming alcohol must be over the age of 21. Official photo/goverment IDs may be requested for guests that appear under the age of 40.
For events hosted at off-site locations, the host/hostess is responsible for obtaining permission from the location. For off-site events at bars and restaurants, all alcohol and food must be purchased from the venue.
